First, we would go through an initial consult, where we:

  1. dissect your specific goals, wants, and needs.

  2. discuss your current lifestyle (current physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and sleep).

  3. analyze your current physical capabilities.

  4. Discuss the training options available to you based on your current needs.

Once the consultation is done you will receive:

  1. A customized workout routine based on your goals and physical capabilities.

  2. Specified nutritional strategies that you can implement to your lifestyle right away.

  3. Weekly motivation and accountability from me.

  4. Access to my personal contact information.
