I have been training with David on and off for the past 3 years. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor, I decided to take personal training to give me a competitive advantage by increasing my strength, flexibility, and explosiveness. In three short months working with David, I was in the best shape of my life and actually struggled to keep weight on. I was impressed and happy with the way David helped me. He was always friendly and interested in how I was doing, as well as concerned about whether my joints were up to a regular workout (I have arthritis in my knees). If I was hurting David would drop your plan and work within my capabilities. My knees are still much better because of the exercises he helped me with. I would recommend David as a trainer. “I have been working with David for about a year and a half now. When I first started my training sessions, I did not have the ability or confidence to even do a lunge. I had knee, hip and back issues after a surgery and was experiencing pain and weakness in my legs. Physiotherapy and working with previous trainers had not really delivered significant results. David talked to me about my challenges and goals and was able to tailor a program to meet my needs. He took the time to explain the mechanics of the exercises we were doing and how this was helping me.
