First, we would go through an initial consult, where we:

1. Dissect your specific goals, wants, and needs

2. Discuss your current lifestyle (current physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and sleep)

3. Analyze your current physical capabilities

4. Discuss the training options available to you based on your current needs

Once the consultation is done you will receive:

1. A customized workout routine to help you get to you burn body fat, build lean muscle, etc.

2. Specified nutritional guidelines that you can implement to your lifestyle right away so you can reach your fitness goals while enjoying the foods you eat

3. Weekly check ins so you stay motivated and accountable to your workouts and nutritional choices you have made throughout the week.
